Ordered takeaway tonight for dinner, it was delicious! Great service and delivered quickly. The coconut rice has a ton of flavor and compliments the other dishes very well. Can't wait to get this again!

Avoca Thai popped up for us on Spotify and we thought it was so funny we looked into it more and to our surprise realized it was a real place only 1.5 hours north of us! We literally took a road trip with the kids, stayed the night and of course ordered the signature dish - Chicken Praram coconut rice LOL. (Our fave track) But actually it was awesome. Highly recommend! Will be back.

My friend and l went here for the first time and we really enjoyed our dinner. We both had the mixed entree followed by Chicken stir fry with cashews and chilli jam and the coconut rice. The food was delicious, great flavours, and the stir fry had lots of chicken and plenty of crisp vegetables. Lovely, friendly service and will definitely be back. Great little place and highly recommend.

As a hospitality worker, I give credit where it’s due always. I recently moved to the Avoca area and have ordered from this Thai place three times now, and I can say it’s probably the best Thai I’ve had in an very long time. Not only does the food taste amazing, the service from the man at the desk is personal-able too. I’m addicted to the yellow chicken curry and the beautiful satay chicken skewers. Good food. Good pricing. Good service. Give it a try for yourself! You’ve won yourself a ongoing customer here.

I have been comparing Panang Curry all over Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Central Coast. My favourite used to be in Cardiff. No one could do it better until tonight! Avoca Thai is now the new benchmark for me. Vegetables were perfectly cooked, the duck was not fatty and the flavours were tremendous. We'll done guys and thanks!!! You are the new Thai restaurant I will be comparing the others to from now on.
